Well our rain should end early this morning and our temperatures should climb into the low 60’s today. I am looking forward to the sunshine. No big plans for the day. I do want to go to the farmer’s market this morning. Other than that it will be a day of reading and light housework.
Our forecast says some clouds in the morning then giving way to sun. That’s strange because there are winter storm watch, advisory and warnings depending on where you are north to south. I’m getting away with trace to three inches while Arthur is going to get dumped on.
And that leads me to ask, have you heard from Arthur or his family?
This is Saturday, grocery day, head out to Newport and the grocery store.
We got about 4 inches of snow during the night. Today is cleaning lady day and I’m not sure if she can get up our hill or not. Someone will be by to plow the roads, but not sure she’ll want to come out in this mess. I know I wouldn’t.
No, Mark, I haven’t heard back from my emails from Arthur or his family. Does not bode well.
We had a nice quiet day yesterday. I spent most of it in my easy chair with a cup of hot tea. We did play a few card games last night, but I gave up when I lost all of them….
The temp is 40 at the moment with an expected high of 49. Another good day to stay inside. I have all sorts of things I could do, but I suspect I am too lazy to start any of them.
