I’ve been trying to find this strip for years, ever since the one I saved from the a 1990’s Sunday comics got messed up somehow. We limit fireworks but allow 100 round clips and weapons designed for killing humans, not game animals. In many if not most states these are illegal for game hunting, but I suppose for some, hunting people is a “big game”. Your only allowed 3 shots at a duck before you have to reload.
What next, banning knives so you cannot take them to a gun fight, oh yes they did ban certain knives. Oh and Kinder Surprise still banned, right? So not chocolate surprise to said fight.

I’m not fond of fireworks going off at midnight, but it beats the hell out of the gunfire that banged in the new year when I was a kid.
