“rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots….”…..facts on the other hand, seem to be universally ignored by all…
Who would want dull facts, when rumors are almost always more interesting? Haven’t you noticed that when someone does fact checking, the result is always dull and boring compared to the claims they were debunking?
As the WWG1WGA’ers would proclaim:
“We’ve got our minds made up. Don’t confuse us with the facts!”
