Good morning Vagabonds.Another rainy morning with temp in mid 40’s expected to go to mid 50’s.

Will be going to a store to pick up a few items but not doing much after that.

Will go to the parish center to pick up communion and then go home to have coffee and read the paper.

May you all have a good pleasant day.

    Good morning Vagabonds

We are warm this morning in the low 40s. By the forecast we start with showers, then going partly cloudy by afternoon with a high of 62. when I see it.

Nut’in happening today, just try to stay dry. OY, yesterday was wet, came out of church and swam to my Jeep to take the cruse home. (exaggeration intended) Got home and stayed there.

As predicted the Giants lost, the Patriots won and the Astros have tied the series.

A good day to all, may God bless. (^.^)

    Morning, Village!

The Astros have broken the tie! After winning all 3 games in Washington, the Stroes now lead the series 3 games to 2!

    Good Snowy morning, Vagabonds.

Another chilly, white morning. Not too sure if this will melt right away or stick around for another few days. Supposed to snow again tomorrow.

We watched a silly teenage movie last night….. Short Circuit. Always fun. The last part of the movie was filmed up in No. L. A. county known as Vasquez Rocks. You might remember them from many Star Trek episodes. They have these jagged, up-facing rocks that make for a dramatic backdrop. Used to pass them on my way to work each day when we lived in the high desert (about 5 miles south of us), Vasquez was a famous outlaw and made these rocks his hide out.

Now that you had your trivia lesson for the day, enjoy your day. xoxo Happy Trails

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Good news this morning. Michael has agreed that we need to switch rooms and we’ve figured out how almost everything will fit. We won’t need one of the 2 × 4 tables, but the church can always use another one. We haven’t moved things around yet, but I can’t wait!

Rita, Michael has one of those electric lap rugs, and he used it quite a bit last winter. Now with the easy chairs in the colder room, he’ll use it again. I bought one for myself last week, but so far it’s been a nice “rug” thrown over the back of my easy chair. It is rarely below 80 in that room during the day, even with outside temps in the 60’s.

Today I’m off to meet Mike to give him those insoles for his work boots and to show him some of my cross-stitch work. We’ll meet at his storage unit so he can pick up a couple more neckties. I also plan to buy him a Dr. Pepper which he hasn’t had for more than a year. It’s his favorite.

Then I have a bible study at noon and when that’s done, Michael and I will go back to the same house to play cards again. Whew!

According to Microsoft weather, it is currently 49 outside with an expected high of 57. That’s a lot colder than normal for us in late October.

    Everyone have a blessed day.

    Good afternoon Vagabonds.

It is a cloudy, dreary day here. This is the warmest day this week and it is only 52 out there. Supposed to rain this evening and then be cold the rest of the week. Brrrrrrrr.

Well another unexciting day for me. :)

    Everyone have a great day.
