Nancy Pelosi knows that the Senate will not convict Trump and he will call it a victory that “proves” his innocence. Therefore there cannot be an impeachment vote in the House. What there should be are investigations and those are in progress with subpoenas and plans for prosecutions for contempt of court for those currently ignoring the subpoenas.
Mueller did find collusion. Collusion isn’t indictable. The laws that he found the Orange Idiot did break, he couldn’t indict for because of DOJ policy.
A majority of voter do favor impeachment. Pelosi knows how politics work, perhaps better than anyone else in the govt. I’d trust her to know the best time to bring it into play.
