I agree. I once sat on the beach for much too long on an overcast day and got sun poisoning.
As a youth living in Manhattan Beach, CA it was a “rite” of summer to get my back badly sunburned. And the home remedy for that was rubbing it with vinegar.
You don’t see or feel the UVs and they go right through cloud layers.
