Excellent idea. But it would also be tempting, while US troops are in Brazil, to invade the USA and depose its idiot president. Most dangerous rogue state trying to kill the world is a title that fits the USA very well also.
Do not propose war lightly unless you send your own children to possibly die in it and to be the one to write a letter to another set of parents. Use that U.S. economic and moral power…oh, wait, those have taken a bit of a hit since 2016.
That would be an ironic twist being that the US primarily goes to war these days to preserve it’s position as the world’s most environmentally destructive country.
