I remember when I was young (up to around 50) when asked my age would say present age and a quarter, half, three quarter until next Birthday ……… now that I’m older I say may age for the year until midnight of my Birthday before I change year ………………. :)

The Old Farmer’s Almanac had the best philosophy on how fast the years go by. Each year becomes a smaller part of lived life, so each goes faster.
