I come from a Republican family and was raised at a time when the white supremacists were Democrats, but I do not associate that hatred with their ideology as the current Republican party seems to have become more appealing to them today. The plurality of we the people self-describe themselves as independent/unaffiliated, wanting no part of the partisanship that goes with deeply entrenched binary opposing parties which forces them to choose the “lesser” evil in elections. Over 70% of domestic terrorism is initiated from the right, but it does not matter which source it comes from, the problem of our current uncooperative uncompromising partisanship is the root cause and neither political party seem able to effectively do anything to end it.
The media picks and chooses what they report and present it so as to ensue conflict, and controversy. Their favorite is writing articles of political correctness….not telling the whole truth and protecting wrong doers …pathetic world we live in!
