At least it’s topical: There were some Dems who did move that the House impeach him over his “go back to where you came from” rant. And the rest of the Dems (as well as all the GOPs) voted against it. Pelosi, who’s supposed to be coaching the House democrats isn’t looking to impeach soon (if at all), but is looking to dot her tees and cross her eyes while collecting a corpus of information that might be able to meet the legal and political spec for impeachment.
No one could reasonably believe that Trump is not guilty of lots and lots of stuff. The problem is that I know a bunch of people who UNreasonably believe it. And, a whole bunch of other people who are marginally interested and would believe that the news reports, in which Trump would declare that since the senate found him innocent he is pure as the driven snow. The idea that it is the moral, patriotic, honorable thing to impeach him because he is obviously guilty makes some sense. It makes more sense to believe that it is the moral, patriotic, honorable thing to do what is best for this country, and setting Trump up to be declared innocent by the senate is not in the best interests of this country.

This cartoon is approved (and pushed) by Trump and the RNC (no matter what realities exist)
