I don’t hate it. I just don’t love it as much. 40lbs down, but plateau-ing. Time to change things up.
Good cautionary strip. I generally manage to avoid those things except potato chips. I can’t believe how much I crave them sometimes.
The basic foods are ok. It’s the way they’re processed that make them bad.
