Seems like we have lots of cloudy days. That’s okay because it keeps the temps down.
We watched an old 77 Sunset Strip show last night. We enjoy seeing some of the characters appear on these shows. Last night Warren Oates had a small part. Man, was he young. Almost didn’t recognize him.
Cleaning lady day so I have to run. We’ll replenish our pantry shelves, too, just like Arthur.
We are also having a cool and cloudy day with an expected high of 77.
Rita, I just finished watching an episode of Trackdown starring Robert Culp and guest starring was Steve McQueen. Like you I love looking for and identifying actors when they were young.
Well I need to get busy, we are going with our church group to see the movie Overcomers at one o’clock.
Rita and Chris, I saw an old Perry Mason not too long ago with Robert Redford in the guest cast. Man was he young!
Today is one of those “do nothing” days. We seem to have an awful lot of those.
Thank you all for the prayers. Michael is much better this morning. He’s outside with Smokey while Sting is in here with me howling at the door because he’s not out there with them.
Same ol’, same ol’ with the weather. Triple digits during the day and 70’s at night. No monsoons this year which is what usually keeps the heat higher at night. (At least that’s what a friend told me last night.)
It didn’t get down below 80 overnight, so it isn’t quite as pleasant this morning as it has been. Ah well, tonight’s another night.
Rita, we watched “Paint Your Wagon” yesterday. And yes, “Mariah” is still one of my favorites. As Ray Walston (“Mad” Jack) put it, “That bloody, bloody wind.”
Michael took Smokey for another walk this morning and left the kitten in the kitty tent on the patio. Sting really doesn’t like being left alone, so he started howling. I let him in the house, locked the door behind him and went to take a shower. Oops, I forgot Michael was outside without a key.
Off to church in a bit, so everyone have a blessed Sunday.

Good morning Vagabonds.Going to be a good day with temp about 78 and the dew point at 54.
Temps for the rest of the week will be in the 70’s.
Going to do some shopping this morning. Not a ton of stuff, just some items we need to fill in the spaces we took them out of just to have on hand.
Don’t know what I will be doing before going to church at 4 PM.
Nor will I know what we will do after I came home at 5 PM.
Probably what we do every week that we don’t go to someones house, “nothing”.

A grand morning to ya Vagabonds
Kind of darkish this morning, Forecast is sun and clouds, the temperature to be about 72 and the dewpoint 50. (nice and dry)
Well, I started this, then, I had to get going for recycle, trash and grocery shopping. Well I’mmmm baaaack.
This certainly derailed any thoughts I might have had.
