Every measure must be workable, sensible, feasible and well considered. It must not cost much and not change anything. So we should postpone every decision until next year, to have time to analyse the problem better. And maybe, science (or Elon Musk) will have found until then a solution which would not require us to abstain from bad habits… or even, to do anything.
