haha love it.. working at a call center this hits home for me.. I always try to ask name & dont ask for ssn info unless needed (billing reasons, change of service etc). It always amazes me how many people in the beginning of the call pretty much give you everything (name/address/full ssn/bday).. i always try to educate that they are giving out WAY to much info
