Obviously, he didn’t say anything new. He just said it in terms even republicans could understand. Other people just wanted to hear it from him personally.
The whole era makes me sad. But at least we still get to vote. If “your” congress critter is part of the problem, work hard to displace that critter with one that’s at least a little bit less polarized. And by preference sane, willing, and takes the oath of office to heart (Yeah: I’m not sure such a critter exists either).
Except that Mueller did not clarify anything. He expects people to be able AND WILLING to discern what the report says.
Trump Disciples are neither — they already “know” what’s in the report is what Barr says is in it. They have become more and more eager to believe republican lies for a couple decades.
