I said almost the exact same thing to my wife just yesterday. She wanted to say something to me about someone and didn’t want them to hear it. Which meant that I heard none of it.
She said, “That’s the guy who took the last shopping cart as I was reaching for it!!”
“Promise me you’ll never dress like that when you’re older.”
