But Hillary is correct. Donald Trump is not a legitimate president.

Aside from the fact that he did not even get the most votes (his THREE MILLION vote margin of electoral loss is more than all others combined among those who “won” the presidency without getting the most votes); our system does not require actually winning the most votes.

But Trump only “won” the Electoral College by massive voter suppression in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania (and likely other places) and massive interference by Russian trolls, illegal Russian campaign contributions laundered through the NRA, illegal Russian stolen data from a break-in of the DNC computers (literally a digital Watergate, but outsourced to foreign labor) and unauthorized use of Facebook data by Steven Bannon’s Cambridge Analytica.

If Trump loses fair and square, it is unlikely he will accept the results and go quietly.

Hillary lost, but it was not fair and square. In a just world, the election would be declared invalid.

Hillary can now add to her list – Michael Cohen bringing in Jerry Falwell Jr to endorse Tiny as god’s choice and bring the campaign’s good news to the true believers.

Two things; first, the American people don’t give a #&&$ What Trump accepts, and second, Hillary Clinton isn’t running for office in 2020.

Like Trump would give up his throne if he lost the popular vote.

Like Trump could get the popular vote.

Unless there was a Constitutional amendment I haven’t heard about, The Electoral College is still in effect. Depending on their location, you can “win” by 8 million voters, and still lose the election.

So is the electoral college not a legitimate institution? “Legitimate” is being used so subjectively by you and others, that the word has no meaning. No, he did not get the popular vote, but our election process (and our constitution) doesn’t require that. Most votes is irrelevant, but the ability for our Republic to elect the President is very relevant.

Regardless of Hillary’s comments correct or not, the biggest threat to our democracy is that

1 Trump refused to step down, citing “Illegal Votes” in California and other states. He has already started going down that path so it won’t be a shock when it comes to fruition

2 the idea that he has floated and the Right Wing has backed him up with that his first two years of President were “Stolen” by the Mueller probe, and he wants those two years back.

Trump will not go peaceably and the Republicans are so spineless that they won’t force him out.

The only way i disagree with Pelosi is that it won’t make ANY difference what the election margins are, he will refute the election results even if he losses by a landslide.

He won’t accept anything except a landslide win for himself. Start preparing for him to refuse to leave.

Oh, Steve. Clinton accepted the results. Like most citizens she just didn’t like them. Do you have a problem with a woman complaining? Or are you just desperate?
