My doctor told me I need more “ruffage” in my diet. Then the nurse came in and beat the cr*p out of me. Now I go back twice a week.
When I was a smoker (years ago) and flying with the Air Force, I can remember standing outside the jet in the open during a monsoon at Clark AB and smoking a cigarette.
