It is possible, if his father and his aunt had a child together. Technically, that wouldn’t have to be weird — his father could be a widower who then married his late wife’s sister. Of course, then his aunt would also be his step-mother, and his father would be his step-uncle. This has likely been done in more than one soap opera.
