Cleese and Python, not withstanding, I think this whole thing should have been referred to the House of Lords, ages ago – the fact that they haven’t been brought into this whole mess simply point to the “Children” not wanting the “Adults” to interfere.
The whole “Brexit” vote was merely used as an excuse for a certain segment of the British House of Commons to “throw a tantrum” and demand a return of control over their pitiful little piece of the world!
The United States has ALREADY gone through the SAME TANTRUM state – it was called the Civil War (or the War of Northern Aggression, if you’re from the South) What’s going on in Parliament is the same thing, only a bit more “civilized” – they’re trying to “Secede” from the European Union because they’ve lost “control” of their particular little “fiefdom” and they don’t like “being told what to do!”
It’s ALWAYS SAD to see a formerly Great Nation descend into “childishness”!
