I don’t think so. Grump won on a technicality. Mueller was investigating ONLY what Grump did BEFORE the election. Russia knew what it was doing when they hacked the election and Grump didn’t help them because he didn’t need to. The only thing Grump is guilty of is he knew what the Russians were doing all along and he didn’t tell our government about it. That’s a crime.

I think Mueller was playing it safe to keep his job when he came to the conclusion that the Trumps had nothing to do with what Russia did.
