How often has trying to explode the Ripster “the old fashioned way” worked? And, why the boss want this town-is he planing some kind of mega development? Wouldn’t be easier to have the town annex all the land he wants, declare it a TIF zone, and, just defraud the town? Causing all the residents to sell out. Seems to work in Chicago.
