My golden’s mom could hold four. Molly was a runt and was perfectly happy with one because she knew I always kept an extra in my pocket. If you see someone shopping for casual pants or shorts who is checking out the pocket size, that person is probably the parent of a golden.
My late Yellow Lab would grab the ball, drop it at my feet, then leap up and down and bark until I picked it up with the Chuck It. Come to think of it, she’d do the same thing when she saw me take the Chuck It out of the closet.
