Three years ago, I found out that I had high blood pressure, I knew I was out of shape, (well, I had a shape), not headed for anything good. My wife said I should exercise, but left it up to me. I spent good money on a Fitbit Alta, got the app on my phone, chose to begin exercising on the day of the week that promised I would soon quit, and made absolutely sure that I had a perfect reason to quit. Three years later, fifty pounds lighter I can’t keep my wife’s hands off me and she has began to exercise. People keep saying how good I look. I had to spend good money having skin removed, and good money on new clothes. See if I believe what is written on the internet about Monday being the wrong day to begin exercising.
