Trump wants to be a dictator. He worships dictators and claims to take their word over the word of his own heads of intelligence agencies that HE APPOINTED.

He has repeatedly said he trusts his boss, Vladimir Putin, over his own intelligence heads that HE APPOINTED.

He said he trusts the word of brutal murderous Saudi crown prince Mohammed bin Salman (whose nation produced Osama bin Laden, contractor for the throne, and 15 of the 9/11 terrorist hijackers) that he had nothing to do with the brutal murder of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi, over his own intelligence heads that HE APPOINTED.

Oh yeah, and he said that he trusted the word of child molesting Alabama senate candidate Roy Moore that, no, he never molested any of those girls (the way Trump barged in on undressed underage Miss Teen USA contestants). “He denied it. He totally denied it.”

He said he trusts the word of brutal murderous Kim Jong Un that he knew nothing of Otto Warmbier.

So of course Trump would believe Adolf Hitler.

Trump is just jealous. He wants to be able to murder anyone with impunity.

But Benito was his real role model. Just compare a picture of El Duce and Bonespurs with their standard arrogant facial expression.

You don’t have to rely on dictators of the past. He likes the present day versions too,

There are deniers of the Holocaust. So why am I not surprised that Mr. Trump would happily deny the brutal regime of North Korea. Although he did concede that North Korean prisons are “rough places. Very rough.” I’m sure that was a comfort to the family of Otto Frederick Warmbier that Kim Jung Un didn’t personally know anything.

It’s possible that Kim didn’t know about that particular incident. Throwing people in jail for no reason isn’t exactly anomalous for his regime.

I forget who the journalist was who went around interviewing deposed dictators to see if he could find out what made them tick back in their ruthless, bloodthirsty salad days. It was very disappointing. All they could say was one or more of the following: (1) it was all lies, (2) the executed, tortured, and/or imprisoned people were bad people, and (3) it was all the work of overzealous underlings.

Don’t you suppose that Trump thinks the same things about “strong leaders” like Kim, Putin, Dutarte, and the rest? (If he gives it any thought at all.)

This is not a cartoon, in the sense that it is not an exaggeration. If Trump had been alive in 1943…
