Next, Democrats on the Senate Intelligence Committee are denying that they agree with the report. Angus King of Maine, Not an R nor a D but an I, who sits on the committee has said, “I think it’s misleading. The intelligence committee hasn’t discussed the matter, let alone released a committee report.”
Sen. Diane Feinstein and Sen. Mark Warner, the leading Democrats on the panel, say no conclusion has been reached. Warner, the ranking Democrat, went so far as to say he disagrees with reports that panel Democrats have gone along with Republican Chairman Richard Burr’s conclusion that Trump did not cooperate with the Russians, “We’ve still got many of the most major figures to either come or come back.”
So, Benson is 100 percent off the mark to claim that the Ds have reached the same conclusion as the Rs. The Ds . in fact, are saying that Burr is not speaking for the committee. It may be the fervent hope of Benson and the alt-right that the work is done and Dotard is innocent…Keep Hoping!
