Once again, Stantis misses the mark drawing a truly dumb false equivalence. The regressive “Freedom Caucus” thinks compromise is evil. The pedaphile, Denny Hastert, instituted what essentially amounts to a “no compromises” policy in the Hastert Rule. On and on the regressives go with their refusal to address the real issues facing the country.
This toon illustrates why compromise is so difficult. One side WILL compromise and negotiate. The other simply thinks it’s better to block all attempts at collaboration unless public outrage forces it to do so, and even then the regressives pretend they are willing to discuss and negotiate.
