Where I live, we own our own places but rent the land. Just last couple days, it has changed ownership, and the new owners before even introducing themselves came to everyone’s place and added a new cost, under the guise of water testing, and made new demands, many of which I do not agree with. Many of the residents did exactly that, acquiesced as they felt powerless.
Seems rather coincidental or fluky that this cartoon appears at this particular time.
