Is this why trump once more is threatening to declare a National Emergency at the border when there is no threat ? Democrats are willing to give him $5.7 Billion for Border Security but not a Wall. He insists a wall is the only solution which is incredibly naive and stupid. A wall won’t stop tunnels being dug by drug smugglers
