Talk about your straw man argument. The ad was not attacking masculinity, it was addressing “toxic” masculinity. The problem is not men drinking beer and watching football; it is men physically dominating or even beating women, or otherwise being excessively aggressive.
Toxic masculinity is bad. But that doesn’t make Gilette good. It just means they found a place where they think they can profit off this.
Now if the Rs are feeling hurt by this then I would welcome seeing a display (starting with you Mike) of buying $3000 of Gilette products and destroying them to show how “manly” they are. Go ahead Rs. Like buying and destroying Keurig machines. Or Nike gear. Wow did that ever put us in our place.

Gilette is far from standing on solid ground. It surprises me that more Rs didn’t go to this immediately.

This cartoon inspired me to (when reading Mr. Ramierz) grin and bear it.

Gillett sure did trigger the right-wing cartoonist and the entire right-wing. They are acting like little fragile snowflakes.

Because it hasn’t happened around you (Sure…) , it’s not a problem elsewhere, right?
Seriously: Why you so mad, son?

Considering Ramirez past relationship with right-wing misogyny this cartoon is not at all surprising.

I’m with Ramirez on this one; the ad also made me want to grow a beard. And then slap around a dame or two.
