    The “knowledge” what’s healthy and what isn’t changes like the moon and returns like the seasons.

    Last time I checked, there were three different types of how people metabolize food.

    Guess what: In the test, I had exactly the same score in each of them.

    In my opinion, training with a personal coach is the best you can do to get/stay in shape. But don’t be surprised if you don’t lose much weight – muscles are heavier per volume than – well – the other stuff.
