Trump is now literally repeating Russian / Soviet talking points going back decades.
Not even other RepubliCONs or TrumpubliCONs are so brazen as to literally speak from the talking points of Putin, who feels that the collapse of his beloved Union of Soviet Sociality Republics (USSR) was the greatest tragedy of the 20th Century.
No other statement (and there are so many others) is more conclusive that Trump is a Putin puppet than to literally repeat Soviet era Putin talking points justifying the then-Soviet (now Russian) military invasion of Afghanistan, which was as futile for the Soviets as was Bush’s two decades later (a failed military response instead of a targeted police action such as Bill Clinton used after the first World Trade Center bombing in February of 1993 less than a month after he took office that captured all of those who directly participated).
He also thinks the “Soviets” have the right to invade the USA.
Perhaps a simpler strategy than trying to get one of Individual 1’s dictator mentors to dissuade him, would be to have Obama and Hillary talk about how a border wall is the first step they would take toward Making America Socialist Again!
This is what I would say: Mr. Putin, you don’t believe in walls when you ‘willy-nilly’ attempt to invade your neighbors to expand your power… why should your partner in crime do?
Given the tons of money spent in Afghanistan.. perhaps a wall would have been a good investment over there. I bet a wall between Afghanistan and Pakistan.. around Syria.. perhaps Iran..

I notice that no Trump Disciples have responded to Trump’s stating Putin’s talking points — at least no responses that I have seen.
Is there a glimmer of a chance that they are noticing that he IS repeating stuff he could have gotten ONLY from Putin?
Or are they just ignoring it, hoping the shutdown will distract everyone’s attention?
Or, are their limited analysis skills preventing them from understanding the situation?
