Kay, no, you’re going to have to spring for some INTACT magazines, dude. They don’t have to be up to date or relevant to your trade—that’s normal for a waiting room.
My local library generally has some magazines for free or for a quarter each depending on – I have NO idea. They are intact (at least, the ones I’ve gotten are), and any money goes to a good cause.
So far, I’ve found Popular Mechanics, assorted craft magazines, assorted car magazines, a few professional journals (mostly nursing), and some kids’ stuff.

Don’t people just read stuff on their phones now? Read online magazines – more current than paper copies in the waiting room!
