Having a soul, and needing a soul are not the same thing. I sold mine for a really good Philly cheesesteak back in 1974. Never regretted it for a minute. That was the best cheesesteak, ever.
I remember being asked in Bible School, if I wanted my soul to go to heaven or did I want to wind up in hell. I thought it was unfair that my soul got to go to heaven and I didn’t. All I got was sent to hell if my soul didn’t make it to Heaven. Then I began to really read the Bible. It says that I am a living soul, or in other words, I am a soul. So, I can’t say my soul because I am the soul, it isn’t part of me, it is all of me. Now, I know that I will go to Heaven and be with Adonai ! So, with this comic, if they were alive, they would be a living soul, not a person with a soul. Praise be go G_d!!!!!!!
