I now realize that I never read a Russian novel in school; nor were any offered on reading lists. Maybe I’ll borrow my dad’s copy of “The Brothers Karamazov.”
That’s one thing any lawyer will tell you, Never talk to the police without a lawyer present. And never agree to a search of your premise or vehicle, Make them get a search warrant. And when your lawyer is present you probably want to clam up anyway, the police are not your friend when you are a suspect, many people have been wrongly convicted by words they themselves spoke.
