When do Rebekah Mercer and her father Robert get charged for using their company, Cambridge Anaytica, to help Russia mess in the 2016 election?

I don’t know what the fuss is about facebook. PEOPLE [bought and paid for and indiviuals] post IDEAS on FB. People will pick and choose what they want to believe. People will lie and cheat and steal with or without FB. And no, I have NO relationship with the organization. NONE.

And then we have the zuke in Hawaii. Still an ass after all these years. Yea, the last I heard, you were going to drop the lawsuits, but they never should have been to begin with.

What on earth ever gave anyone the stupid idea that Facebook was private, that it couldn’t be used to tell absolute lies, or that it was safe? By it’s very nature, I would assume that you would have to be an idiot to post anything on there that you wouldn’t mind seeing on the front page of your local newspaper, or that anything you read has any factual basis. I always just sort of figured it could be mildly amusing if you were stuck waiting in the doctor’s office and there was nothing else interesting in your email. The problem isn’t that face book is what it is, the problem is that people seem not to understand that.

Why does Facebook bother having an option to flag posts as “false news”? Anytime I have ever flagged anything I either don’t get a response or FB says the post doesn’t violate their standards, I’m not talking about things that could be a difference of opinion, but items that have been verified as false by Snopes, Politifact or other source with references that back up their conclusion.

The main lesson from Facebook’s misadventures in Right Wing Politics, No matter how respectable you think the organization you are dealing with is, Eventually you are in Bed with Fox News/ Sean Hannity, or Alex Jones / Steve Bannon and sooner of later your money goes to Neo-Nazis Kind of Ironic that Zuckerberg and Sanberg would hire Difiners Public Affairs. A company known for vilifying George Soros. https://www.nytimes.com/2018/11/15/technology/facebook-definers-soros.html
