Deep thought. CB doesn’t cause cars to splash you, or hit you. CB causes a ripple in the wind pattern which affects cloud formation and ultimately weather, hence rain and puddles. Oh, and tornadoes, hurricanes, zephyrs, willy-willies, cyclones, breezes, typhoons, monsoons, dust devils, etc… that’s one busy butterfly.
