Interesting. We have comments here that run the gamut from “good one” to “cold, John, cold”. I guess not everyone sees any joke the same way as everyone else. Personally, I thought it was cute and reminded me of once when my husband was out of town. Our 4 year old son dressed up in his best suit and escorted me to dinner at a sit-down restaurant. It was so sweet and the waitresses all loved him and his attitude as my “date”.
