Is Lucy wearing men’s figure skates? When I tried skating, the skates I was given were always white figure skates… the guys always got hockey skates. I still can’t skate at all, even living where it’s cold enough to do so 6 months out of the year (it seems, anyway)…

Anything is paws-ible. He could have them sharpened by a speed skater. Speed skates are not hollow ground.
