My wife has large (DD) breasts and she hates them. She is always complaining about them and making me crazy by suggesting a surgical reduction is in order.
Maybe it IS in order. Depending on the size of the rest of her, XL breasts can lead to back problems, among other things. I have a friend who was very much happier after getting a reduction.
