I hate to admit it, but there’s a part of me that hopes every female senator who votes in favor of the Kavanaugh appointment will, at some point, suffer personally as a direct consequence of their decision. They’ve helped make the bed on which women will be raped; now they should have to sleep in it just like the rest.
