Kavanaugh lied to Congress multiple times. The proof that he lied is contained in the 100,000 documents that were withheld. Kavanaugh referred to the time that he worked for Bush 43 as the “most useful” to him as a judge, yet NONE of the documents from that period were given to Congress for review. Besides the torture discussions and the stolen documents that we already know about, what else is in the docs hidden?
The real pity is that the Democrats didn’t formulate some collective strategy to shape their questioning. Instead it was the usual business of asking the same questions over and over and getting (surprise) the same responses (or non-responses).
