In yoga class today, we did Lion pose. Honestly, I did not open GoComics until now, an hour after class. The modification to Lion pose is what we refer to as MGM Leo, the lion, roar. ie from side to side.
The lion pose…… supposedly good for relieving constipation.
I must be getting old. I find that sorta hot.
