Kavanaugh is thinking: “I feel liking throwing myself on you, ripping your clothes off and raping you while I suffocate you with my hand. I’ll succeed, because this time I’m not drunk”.
In other words, Kavanagh is as virtuous as a college kid who hired a sex worker, had a fight with her when she wouldn’t go along with his particularly gross request, didn’t pay her the customary tip, and was then the target of her retaliatory false accusation. Not exactly a compelling argument for putting him on the Supreme Court.
No one anywhere should have his or her life derailed based upon an allegation — no matter when that allegation is made and regardless of how many other people the alleged victim made the same allegation to. Courts require evidence and presume a defendant’s innocence. Certainly a nominee to the Supreme Court deserves the same.
Suppose Ms. Ford said that a man put a gun in her face and robbed her 35 years ago? Should whoever she names be arrested and incarcerated based only upon her word?
Incredibly, some in this string would convict Mr. Kavanaugh based upon the fact that an unrelated man has been proven guilty of similar charges in another state. Would anyone here want his or her fate determined by those standards? Is this really where we are in America now? And if so, why not simply torture Mr. Kavanaugh until he signs a written confession?

Or, like Bill Cosby – thinking for years that he’d gotten away with it.

If Kavanaugh will lie to Congress about torture, he’ll lie about assault.
Republicans stop pretending they care and get on with smearing Kavanaugh’s victim

Did you see that fascist Fox ‘news’ person calling Dems “demon rats”? Right wingers have reached a new low.

Why are the Republicans suppressing the release of Kavanaugh’s writings?
Because they will show that he LIED to Congress?
Nah. A Duke lacrosse player would never do that, would he?

Perhaps Mr Kavanugh’s justifications for torture under the W. Bush admin would allow that.
But we don’t know that as the Republicans are hiding as much evidence as they possibly can.
