If a main part of your voter base belongs to the “White Nationalist” (That is what “Nazi” translates to here in 21st century America) movement here, it can be REALLY HARD, Mr. President! Ask ANY Republican!
Remember the Nazification of the C.I.A? So many of the super rich wanted to be friendly with Nazi Germany and didn’t like that our leaders were not so inclined. We were fortunate they never took control. Maybe they would have if they had gone ahead and chosen MacArthur over the patriot Smedley “Gimlet Eye” Butler who turned them in to the Feds and the President. No one knew the rich were even interested in overthrowing the govt. (Not one of them was put on trial for treason. Though there was at least one hearing.)
Now it is happening again only the Nazi is in office.
