My family used to have a hardware store in Beverly Hills. One day I was at the cash register and Greg Morris of “Mission Impossible” came up to pay cash for some merchandise. I wanted to let him know I knew who he was without actually saying his name. When he handed me the money I looked at it for a moment, then looked at him and said “I trust this is not going to self-destruct?” He just grinned!
