I call him, Rudy “the ghoul” Giuliani, for his reliance on digging up graves and showing how much he ‘cares’ about the September 11, 2001 attack. He paraded their bodies around constantly even though he was an incompetent in it. He is also called “Rudy Ghouliani” too by me.
