We accidentally bought a wholesale club pack of industrial toilet paper. This is the stuff they use in government office buildings and prisons so nobody would steal it. It seemed to have a human waste repellant coating and cleaned nothing. It lasted forever because I found my children were buying their own. You need to give them a roll of that.
