    Good morning Vagabonds.

Today is the day that the remnants of the hurricane are supposed to arrive. For my area they are saying the temp will be about 70 with about 2 to 4 inches of rain depending where you live. Winds won’t be too high.

My high point of the day will be getting my hair cut. Then I will go to the prayer meeting at night.

May all of you have a good day.

    Hay there Vagabonds

    How are you today.

Say, Arthur, could you push some of that tropical depression my way, we could use some rain around here. Spotty showers is about all we’re going to get.

Slow day I’m afraid, not much going at all.

Did I say it’s going to be a slow day, oh yah, and did I say not much hap……, oh yah, OK. Heh.

Y’all have a fine day, see ya in the funny papers.

    Good Gorgeous Sunrise morning, Vagabonds,

We have just enough stringy clouds over the east mountain to give us one beautiful sunrise! All those deep colors from dawn are suddenly washed out as soon as Mr. Sun crests the mountain. Gorgeous!

Must be something in the air………..I have a slow day, too. But I do have a hair appointment to break up my exciting day.

    xoxo Happy Trails.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Yup, something in the air all right. A slow day here, too. We won’t even bother to unhitch the car. We’re in Danville, MO at the moment, in a pretty little campground called “Lazy Day”. There are a few trees in the campsite areas, and we are lucky enough to get into a space that has several. All of the sites around us are pretty much out in the open. The lady in the office called it her favorite site.

About 5 miles before we were due to exit the freeway yesterday, we saw a sign that said our off ramp was closed and to use the next one we came to as an alternate. So we exited early and took a side road about 4 miles to the road we would have used and thence on to the campground. That side road is about a car and a half wide and fortunately not a lot of traffic, in spite of the detour. The whole bridge over the freeway at our original exit is closed and torn up. No exits or entrances either way. The lady in the office gave us a map of how to get to the next ramp to the west so we don’t have to backtrack.

Today’s forecast is for mostly sunny and 92 with humidity at only 37%. Sounds like a great day to me!

    Everyone have a blessed day.

    Good morning Vagabonds.

Seems like we are all taking a quiet day today. Yesterday we had the Grand Opening of Hobby Lobby. My friend and I spent over 3 hours in the store, we are both crafters and it is so nice to have some place other than Walmart to get supplies.

Well time to finish my comics read.

    Everyone have a wonderful day.
