Ingrahams comment about “…the votes of others who aren’t, let’s face it, too big on Adam Smith and the federalist papers.” is rather hilarious, given that Smith considered it to be common sense that people get paid adequately enough to have a family, and that the richest should pay more taxes than the non-rich; then add in that the Federalist Papers specifically encouraged a strong central government, which her and her ilk are always preaching about reigning in.
